In this pivotal role, you will be the key person responsible for ensuring our properties are immaculate and our guests enjoy flawless, memorable stays from booking to checkout.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end operations of our apartment portfolio, including scheduling and quality-checking cleaning, coordinating maintenance, managing repairs, and ensuring all properties are fully stocked and photo-ready. Guest Experience Champion: Serve as the main point of contact for guests via Airbnb messaging and Whats App. Guide them from pre-arrival to departure, providing personalized service, local recommendations, and swift support. Quality & Compliance Guardian: Uphold our brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Manage all necessary legal and administrative documentation to ensure full compliance with local regulations. Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipate and resolve any issues that arise—whether a guest request or an urgent maintenance need—with speed, efficiency, and a calm demeanor.
We Are Looking For You If You Have:
Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or high-touch customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone. Outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for service and creating positive guest experiences.
