Position: Accounting Manager (10+ Years of Experience) We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management. This role plays a critical role in managing accounting operations, leading the accounting team, supporting audits and tax compliance, and providing financial analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations Management • Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and taxes. • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing and reporting. • Supervise preparation of payment vouchers, checks, and deposit vouchers with full documentation. • Maintain and update company asset registers. • Prepare trial balances, monthly P&L, liquidity reports, and statistical reports. • Monitor cash flow and escalate any critical issues when required. • Record all receivables and payables transactions in accordance with approved financial regulations. Accounting Manager Job Profile Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Support quarterly and annual audit activities and financial controls audits. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis related to investments, pricing, and contract negotiations. • Participate in preparing annual budgets and financial plans. Accounting Manager Job Profile Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to analyze project costs and track expenses. • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to ensure budget compliance. • Support management reporting and executive decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • 10+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance. • Professional certifications (CFA or equivalent) are a plus. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and accounting principles. • Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
