Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Sales Manager located in New Cairo. The General Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales department, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, setting targets, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and fostering a high-performing sales team. Collaboration with internal departments and strategic partners will also be integral to ensure goal alignment and effective customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and developing Sales Strategies Expertise in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Negotiation skills Proficient in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service Skills Strong Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Analytical abilities Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in technology solutions or the security industry is a plus Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are essential Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics is preferred
