Position Overview:The Senior Brand Manager position is a strategic role focused on driving the growth and market presence of the company's personal care brands. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives to ensure brand performance aligns with sales objectives.
Main Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate current and upcoming initiatives, including New Product Developments (NPDs), marketing campaigns, and brand activations, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives. Develop comprehensive briefs for new product developments and facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to monitor progress and address challenges. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, fostering a unified approach to market penetration and revenue growth. Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns and online promotions, while tracking performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach. Design and implement marketing plans aimed at expanding brand presence and increasing market share, focusing on the strategic growth of key product lines. Collaborate with the sales department to determine effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities that enhance product visibility and consumer appeal. Provide the sales team with detailed information on new product launches, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and informed selling. Conduct regular audits of retail and distribution channels to verify the implementation of merchandising and promotional plans, ensuring brand standards are upheld. Assess the impact of promotional activities by analyzing key performance indicators and return on investment, using insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the Personal Care or FMCG sectors. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Specialized marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA) are advantageous.
