Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Safir Square-cairo. The BIM Specialist will manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural and engineering projects. Key tasks include ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, integrating various project disciplines such as architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), reviewing submittals, and supporting the quality and accuracy of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software, including BIM coordination practices. Strong knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Experience in managing and reviewing project submittals for accuracy and compliance with standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus.
