The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication. The role requires collaboration with teammates and adherence to company performance standards.
Qualifications Proven abilities in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills with effective communication and active listening Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including data entry and navigation of customer service tools Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach Experience in call center operations is a plus Benefits Paid Training Transportation provided Competitive salary 18,000????
