Made in Earth is searching for motivated Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing marketing team at Made In Earth. The ideal candidate preferably to have previous experience in marketing agencies and a understanding of digital marketing services.
Requirements:from 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Specialist in a Marketing Agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong follow-up and closing skills. Very good command of English (spoken & written). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients for marketing services. Present and sell company services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, etc.). Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions. Prepare and follow up on proposals and contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing and operation teams to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data.
