Workshop Engineer (Diesel Engines & Heavy Vehicles / Buses) Supervise maintenance and repair activities for diesel engines, heavy trucks, and large buses. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic tools. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies inside the workshop. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability. Lead and train technicians to improve technical performance and work quality. Prepare daily and weekly reports on maintenance activities and vehicle conditions. Monitor fuel efficiency and provide recommendations for improving fleet performance. Support in overhauling engines, gearboxes, and major components. Communicate with the operations department to prioritize urgent repairs and maintain fleet readiness.
