Role Description We are hiring a full-time Senior/Team Leader BIM Architect to join our team on-site at our office in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves leading and coordinating architectural BIM projects, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality BIM outcomes. You will leverage your expertise to oversee modeling, design development processes, identify and resolve project clashes, and ensure alignment with client expectations and project standards.
Qualifications Extensive skills and experience in Architecture and Architectural Design Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools, including Revit till LOD 500Strong abilities in Project Management and Team Leadership Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Prior experience in leading BIM teams and delivering complex architectural projects Familiarity with sustainability practices and modern construction technologies is a plus
