The Role We’re looking for a Junior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and work closely with the founding and product teams on building, enhancing, and scaling AI-powered features. This role is ideal for an engineer with early hands-on experience in AI systems who wants to grow fast in a real production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and orchestrate AI agents and multi-step AI workflows Build, optimize, and maintain recommendation systems using vector embeddings Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone or similar) for semantic search and RAG pipelines Integrate and customize open-source AI models. Design and automate AI-driven flows across products and internal tools Collaborate with full-stack and product teams to ship AI features end-to-end Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI system performance and output quality Apply strong critical thinking to assess model behavior, edge cases, and trade-offs
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Technical Skills1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or applied AI engineering Experience working with vector embeddings and semantic search Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
Preferred Qualifications Experience with recommendation systems or personalization engines Familiarity with RAG architectures and agent-based systems Exposure to cloud environments and production AI deployments Experience integrating AI into real-world products (not just experiments)
