Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Customer Service Agent (English Speakers). The Customer Service Agent will handle customer queries and concerns via various communication channels, provide solutions to resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a high level of product knowledge, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of customer feedback to relevant teams.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Support Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a customer service or related role is an advantage Proficiency in using customer service software and communication tools is beneficial
