About the Role We are looking for a skilled Word Press & Elementor Developer to join our growing digital team. This role focuses on building high-quality, fast, and conversion-focused websites using Elementor, with occasional customization using PHP and Java Script. You’ll work on real client projects across different industries, collaborate with designers and marketers, and help deliver websites that are both visually strong and technically sound.
Key Responsibilities Build and customize Word Press websites using Elementor (Advanced level) Develop custom layouts, templates, and reusable Elementor sections Optimize websites for performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals Implement basic to intermediate SEO best practices (structure, speed, on-page) Customize Word Press themes and plugins when needed (PHP-focused edits) Handle basic Java Script enhancements (interactions, UI behaviors) Ensure website security best practices are applied Fix bugs, improve existing websites, and maintain client sites Collaborate with the design and marketing team to deliver polished results Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Elementor (Advanced user – layout, responsive controls, dynamic content)1+ years of Word Press experience Experience customizing Word Press themes & plugins Basic to intermediate PHP knowledge Basic Java Script experience Solid understanding of page speed optimization (85%+ scores preferred) Knowledge of website security measures Familiar with SEO fundamentals Experience working with other CMS platforms (Shopify, Wix, etc.) is a plus Ability to build websites end-to-end (at least 10 completed projects)
Nice to Have Experience with multisite setups Familiarity with hosting environments & c Panel Understanding of ACF, CPTs, and dynamic content Ability to troubleshoot plugin conflicts and performance issues
