Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline in events, exhibitions, and brand activation. Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities in event production, booth builds, and exhibitions. Prospect and engage clients via calls, meetings, Linked In, and industry events. Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate, and close deals for events and exhibitions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to deliver successful projects. Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events as needed. Maintain CRM/ATS records accurately and provide timely sales reports. Qualifications & Skills:2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, creative production, or marketing agencies. Strong understanding of event and exhibition workflows. Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems. Excellent proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driving license preferred.
