Business Development Executive – Architecture & Engineering (Freelance / Part-Time)
SNAP ARCH is an architectural and engineering firm specializing in architectural design, engineering consultancy, and professional built-environment services. We work with developers, investors, companies, and private clients on a wide range of architectural and engineering projects.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to support our growth by generating new projects and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients, including developers, investors, companies, and private clients
Generate qualified leads for architectural and engineering services
Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and the SNAP ARCH team
Understand client needs and present SNAP ARCH services accordingly
Support negotiations and assist in closing new projects
Requirements
Previous experience in business development or sales (including freelance or internship experience)
Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate market is a strong advantage
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
An existing professional network is a plus
