We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist (Blue Collar) to join our ambitious HR dream team.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and candidates- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with blue collar industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, Constructions)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
Work Conditions- Employment Type: Full-time.- Location: Kattamya, Cairo.
