Job Title Marketing, Brand & Creative Manager About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Marketing, Brand & Creative Manager to lead our marketing and branding efforts while actively working with a creative team. The role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution skills to significantly elevate our brand presence across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies to strengthen market presence. Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Lead brand presence in events, activations, and offline marketing initiatives. Creative Direction & Execution Actively participate in creative execution alongside the team. Guide and improve the quality of designs, videos, and content. Lead photoshoots, video production, and content creation processes. Review, refine, and approve all creative outputs before publishing. Digital Presence Oversee brand presence across social media platforms and the website. Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and user experience. Collaborate with performance marketing to align creative with results. Requirements+7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and brand building. Hands-on experience in design, photography, and video production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Proven experience leading small teams and improving creative output. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
