Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Tier II Support Agent. The role involves providing technical assistance and advanced support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. You will collaborate with both internal teams and customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Continuous improvement of support processes and contributing to FAQ or documentation may also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs efficiently and professionally Technical Support expertise with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues effectively Analytical Skills to identify problems, assess solutions, and provide resources for issue resolution Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and maintain positive client relationships Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Prior experience in e Learning platforms or relevant software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in related fields is an advantage
