Job description About the Job For one of our clients, we are seeking a positive, punctual, and self-motivated on-site IT Technical Support for a role within a multinational corporation. The successful candidate will maintain the IT network and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Role Description Provide technical support for local and remote users. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN/WAN infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve network and system issues. Enforce IT policies and regulations. Ensure compliance with company training and required readings. Maintain high satisfaction levels for all support queries and adhere to service standards. Train users on new technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).1+ years of experience in a related field. Knowledge of CCNA. Familiarity with Microsoft products like Power BI and Power Automate (preferred). ITIL V4 foundation knowledge (preferred). Highly motivated with strong work ethics. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English.
