ASG located on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, is seeking to hire a Production Manager with a strong leadership personality to focus on shop floor management and the execution of approved plans. Location: Alexandria - Desert Road. Key Responsibilities:Plan Execution: Receiving production schedules from the Planning Department, translating them into daily work orders, and distributing them to the various sections (Cutting, Machining, Welding, Assembly). Shop Floor Management: Monitoring workflow and distributing loads on machines and workers to ensure 100% plan execution. Process Improvement: Continuously analyzing production line performance, proposing and implementing practical measures to increase production efficiency, reduce material waste (Scrap), and minimize downtime. Quality & Compliance: Ensuring products match technical drawings and international standards (ISO), and strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) instructions. Leadership & Problem Solving: Managing and guiding production engineers, supervisors, and technicians, and intervening quickly to solve emergency operational problems. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production Mechanics / Power Mechanics / Industrial Engineering). Experience: Practical experience of no less than 10 years in Shop Floor Management within the Metal Industries field. Skills: Deep understanding of metal machining and forming processes, firm leadership personality capable of directing workers and technicians, and quick wittedness and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and emergencies.
