Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an MEP BIM Manager, located in Alexandria, Egypt at Batterjee Medical City Alex West. The MEP BIM Manager will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensure effective BIM coordination across projects, and manage virtual design tasks related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Responsibilities include improving workflow efficiency, collaborating with project teams, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the architectural and MEP designs are effectively integrated and aligned with project objectives.

Qualifications

Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination Strong knowledge of Virtual Design processes and tools Experience in Architecture, particularly in MEP design and integration Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively within diverse project teams Familiarity with construction management and applicable industry standards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools Previous experience in healthcare facility projects is a plus
