Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist Job Summary The Front Office Executive / Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Provide basic information about the organization to clients and guests Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Coordinate with internal departments as needed Ensure office security procedures are followed Support HR and management with clerical tasks when required Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Preferred Skills Customer service experience Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems) Basic knowledge of office administration
