Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and company culture. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidates effectively. Stay updated on tech industry trends to ensure competitiveness in the job market. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a remote environment. Proven track record of successfully hiring for tech roles such as developers, engineers, and IT specialists. Strong knowledge of tech industry trends, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
