Egy Cham is hiring for one of our clients in Architecture & Planning Industry Technical Office Manager.
Role Description Lead and supervise the technical office departments including architecture, planning, drawings, and project coordination. Oversee design review, technical submissions, shop drawings, RFI responses, material approvals, and project documentation. Ensure all drawings and technical deliverables comply with project specs, codes, and international standards. Manage project timelines, workload distribution, and department KPIs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical outputs. Review project budgets, technical risks, and design issues, and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning (Master’s degree preferred). From 8 to 10 years of experience in technical office, design, or planning roles. Experience in architecture firms, master planning companies, or consultancy offices is must. Strong understanding of architectural codes, master planning principles, and design development cycles. Proven leadership capabilities managing multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams. Excellent command of Auto CAD, Revit, Planning software, and project management tools. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
