Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Mid Level Java Developer with experience in the banking industry to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Java, microservices, and enterprise-level applications, with a solid understanding of banking processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications used in banking operations. Build and optimize microservices using Spring Boot. Design and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations. Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide performance tuning. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud/on-premise deployments.
Must-Have Requirements3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Java (8/11/17) development. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture. Experience working in banking or financial systems. Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres). Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, etc.). Understanding of system security, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and secure coding practices. Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments.
