The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Provide product/service information and guidance Record interactions in CRM or ticketing systems Escalate complex issues to the right team Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up when needed Meet performance targets (response time, quality, ticket volume)
Qualifications Good communication skills (spoken & written) Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills Patience, empathy, and professionalism Basic computer skills (CRM, email, chat tools) Ability to work under pressure and multitask Previous customer service experience is a plus Language skills (e.g., French, English, German
