Responsibilities:To play the role of the key person between the client and the consultants (local or international) To coordinate the Architectural and other trades to assure that there are no major issues in the design. Following up with all consultants on board to assure that the design deliverables will be submitted within the acceptable time frame and within the allowed budget Review the consultant submittals in terms of completeness, cross references, ensure complying with the client requirement / comments
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture10-12 years’ experience, preferably in large-scale hospitality or mixed-use projects Fluent in English Has previous experience in hospitality projects and mixed-use buildings Preferable to have experience in project management
