Responsibilities:✔️Manage hotel, flight, transportation, and tour bookings.✔️Prepare and confirm accurate travel itineraries.✔️Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and local suppliers.✔️Monitor availability, booking updates, and last-minute changes.✔️Handle customer inquiries and service modifications.✔️Resolve operational issues such as delays or cancellations.✔️Record complaints and follow up on solutions.✔️Use internal reservation systems and maintain reports.✔️Support seasonal promotions and travel packages.
???? Requirements: ✔️ Have an excellent deal with Gulf and foreigners clients.✔️3–5 years of experience in tourism or travel operations✔️Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)✔️Strong Excel and numerical skills✔️Highly organized and able to multitask
