Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Facilities Engineer. The Facilities Engineer will oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include planning and implementing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, managing facilities systems, and collaborating with facility management teams to ensure the optimal functioning of building systems. The role also involves supporting sustainability initiatives and improving operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Facilities Engineering, Facilities Operations, and Facility Management (FM) Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues through Troubleshooting of systems and equipment Expertise in developing and executing Preventive Maintenance programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and organizational skills Degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred Previous experience in facility management, preferably in a hospitality or corporate setting, is a plus
