Egy Cham is hiring for one of our clients in Architecture & Planning Industry Head of design.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the full design cycle across conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases. Oversee architectural, urban, and landscape design teams to ensure creative excellence and accuracy. Develop and articulate the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project briefs. Review, approve, and enhance architectural drawings, design packages, planning proposals, and masterplans. Maintain design quality and consistency across all deliverables, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Urban Planning (Master’s degree preferred). From 10 to 12 years of experience in architectural design, urban planning, or design consultancy. Experience in architecture & planning companies is a must. Proven leadership experience managing large design teams and complex design projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in architectural and urban design. Expert knowledge of design tools such as Auto CAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, and planning software. Strong understanding of international design standards, codes, and best practices. Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and design quality control.
