Sales Account Manager (Marketing Services)

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.• Understand client needs and develop solutions tailored to their business goals.• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.• Ensure clients receive timely and successful delivery of products/services.• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.• Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposal meetings with clients.• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize profit.• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support sales efforts.• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.• Provide insights to management to support sales strategy adjustments.
