Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offshore Telesales Team Lead, based in 6 October, Giza. The Team Lead will oversee and guide a telesales team to achieve business targets, ensure exceptional customer service, and improve overall sales performance. Responsibilities include providing training, monitoring calls for quality assurance, generating performance reports, and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes and customer engagement. The role also requires facilitating effective communication within the team and handling escalations as needed.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to create positive customer experiences and resolve issues effectively Proven expertise in Team Leadership and Team Management within the US markert. Demonstrated capability in Sales and achieving or exceeding performance targets Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve team productivity Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales performance metrics A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred Past leadership experience in a telesales or customer service environment will be an advantage
