Customer Service Team Lead

# We 're Hiring – Customer service team leader ???? Location: New Cairo – First _Settlement
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service team leader to lead our customer service operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all online ordering platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Platforms Management: Oversee all online ordering platforms and handle purchase orders (POs).
Operations Follow-Up: Organize the team’s workflow and closely monitor order status and delivery routes.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels and increase positive ratings across platforms.
Team Training & Sales Development: Train the team on best customer communication practices and enhance their up-selling skills to boost revenue.

Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in Customer Service, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing online ordering platforms.
