The Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing and growth initiatives by developing and optimizing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What You'll Do Plan and execute CRM and email campaigns Use A/B testing and data insights to optimize the performance of Whats App, email, and push notification campaigns, and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze campaign data, conversion rates, and traffic to shape future marketing strategies Write and design content for marketing campaigns in Arabic and English. Design visuals using tools like Canva to produce high-quality creative designs Stay up to date with visual and content trends and compile references to gain insights into consumer behavior, requirements. to guide the creative direction of ongoing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field 0–3 years of experience in performance marketing Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Familiarity with A/B testing, UX optimization, and CRM tools is a plus Excellent English required
