Job tasks:Provide first-level technical support to internal users for software, hardware, and network issues, escalating complex cases when necessary. Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and approved software applications. Support daily IT operations including user account creation, access requests, and password resets. Help maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring regular updates and security compliance. Assist in monitoring and maintaining network devices, endpoint security tools, and backup systems under senior team guidance. Qualification:Hands-on experience with basic IT technologies such as Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking fundamentals. Certifications or training courses such as Comp TIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent are preferred. Understanding of endpoint security basics, backup tools, and fundamental IT security practices. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.1–2 years of experience in IT support or internship in a similar role.
