Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing top-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a professional and customer-centric demeanor during every interaction. The role also involves working in a contact center environment, using digital tools to document, monitor, and manage customer interactions effectively.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center experience Excellent Communication skills for articulating information clearly and professionally Solid Computer Literacy skills for navigating systems and managing data Ability to maintain a positive and proactive customer-focused attitude Medical background Proven problem-solving skills, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or customer service certifications are a plus Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
