Responsibilities:
Analyze potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. Research and analyze competitors’ activity. Conduct market development research Determine pricing strategies for products and services based on competitors’ offerings Develop sales targets Develop price quotes and technical proposals Negotiate contracts with overseas new clients Manage all aspects of the business development cycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering OR construction management.1:2 years of experience. Prior work experience in the construction field with contractor or consultant Demonstrated business development skills Knowledge of pricing strategies & contract drafting is a plus Prior experience in preparing business plan and conducting market research Ability to develop technical presentations for potential international clients and stakeholders (contractors, consultants, architects, etc.) Excellent command of English language both written and oral Proactive mentality and capacity to interact with stakeholders of various nationalities Proficiency in MS Office Preferably GUC / AUC / BUE graduate or credit hours system in public universities (Cairo / Ein Shams)
