Duties and responsibilities Monitor and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly sales performance. Set and communicate monthly sales targets based on historical data, contribution and growth potential. Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI to support real-time, data-driven decision-making. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure daily activities align with strategic sales goals and corporate objectives. Calculate and validate monthly sales team incentives, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with performance metrics. Assessing individual and team sales performance against targets, quotas, and benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Experience 2+ years in the same position or same roles. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, performance metrics tracking, and reporting Proficiency in tools and systems for data visualization and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms Solid understanding of process optimization, workflow analysis, and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience in the food production or FMCG industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
