Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reading and Literature Teacher at the British School, located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves teaching reading and literature to middle school students, creating lesson plans, fostering a love for reading, and integrating writing skills into the curriculum. The teacher will also assess students' progress, provide interventions to enhance reading proficiency, and support their overall educational development.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Reading Intervention and expertise in teaching Reading skills at the middle school level Experience in developing and implementing teaching strategies in a classroom setting Skill in guiding students to improve Writing and Literature comprehension Qualifications in Education or a related field are essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential Prior experience teaching in British curriculum schools is a plus
