Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will focus on generating leads, managing sales calls, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting appropriate services, meeting sales targets, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate will also provide necessary follow-up and support to customers to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications Strong Sales and Customer Service expertise, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport. Experience in Customer Support and Training to ensure client satisfaction and provide post-sales guidance when needed. Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous experience in telesales, sales, or related roles is highly desirable.
