We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways. Now, we’re seeking a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, based in Cairo (Egypt).
Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs• Determine selection criteria• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)• Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes)• Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (workday)• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.• Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard etc)• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process• Completing offer initiation for new hires.• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as linkedin, workday, universities etc
Recruiter Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Minimum Qualification • 8-10 years of experience• At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
