Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Growth Primary Client Contact: Build trust-based relationships as the day-to-day point of contact, maintaining proactive communication and promptly addressing client questions or concerns Strategic Guidance: Provide consultative advice using industry best practices to help clients maximize campaign performance and achieve business objectives Account Growth: Identify expansion opportunities and prepare proposals for additional campaigns, new channels, or expanded services that align with client needs Contract Renewals: Lead renewal processes by compiling ROI evidence, crafting renewal strategies, and conducting client meetings to secure continued business Client Satisfaction: Ensure high satisfaction by managing expectations, soliciting regular feedback, and quickly resolving service issues Campaign Performance Management End-to-End Management: Oversee campaign planning, launch, and execution to ensure initiatives stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Performance Optimization: Monitor daily metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead) and collaborate with campaign managers to implement optimizations Workflow Coordination: Manage campaign pipelines and facilitate team check-ins to review project status, align priorities, and address roadblocks Quality Control: Verify campaign setups, tracking accuracy, and deliverable quality while immediately flagging and resolving performance issues Creative & Content Coordination Asset Planning: Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign assets, providing clear briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines Production Oversight: Track creative production progress and proactively resolve delays that could impact campaign launches Content Quality: Review and QC all creative outputs for client alignment, secure approvals, and implement feedback or revisions Copywriting: Develop effective ad copy, landing pages, and client communications that resonate with target audiences Creative Iteration: Work with teams to refresh campaign materials based on performance data and client feedback Performance Analysis & Reporting Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data to extract insights on conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI, and lead quality Weekly Reviews: Conduct thorough weekly performance assessments for each campaign, documenting insights and optimization recommendations Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing results, achievements, and data-driven recommendations for upcoming periods Results Presentation: Deliver and explain performance reports to clients via detailed updates or review meetings, highlighting value and outlining next steps Strategic Adjustments: Use performance insights to inform broader campaign strategy and client growth plans Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform campaign strategy and identify emerging opportunities for client growth. Develop forward-looking campaign strategies that position clients ahead of industry trends and competitive threats.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.1+ years of experience in client-facing marketing roles with campaign management responsibilities. Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and driving account growth. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance data and KPIs. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience. Project management experience with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. Background in account management within digital marketing agencies or similar environments. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization. Experience presenting to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
