???? THE ROLE
As our Sales Development Representative, you'll own the top of our sales funnel - identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:• Prospect and qualify B2B leads (SMBs, marketing agencies, enterprises)• Conduct outbound outreach via Linked In, email, Whats App and calls• Book qualified discovery calls and product demos, Finalize sales deals closures.• Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline• Track all activities and maintain clean CRM data• Achieve monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and meeting bookings Plus sales targets.• Assist with Linked In and social media Paid Campaigns, Marketing Initiatives and lead generation campaigns (bonus)
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills:• Minimum 2 years as SDR/BDR in B2B Saa S companies.• Demonstrated success: 30+ qualified meetings booked per month in previous roles and Sales generation with closed deals.• Proficiency with Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM systems (Hub Spot/Salesforce), and outreach and lead generations and CRM tools• Experience selling to English-speaking markets (USA, UK, EU)• Fluent English (written and verbal) for client communication• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Preferred:• Experience with Linked In Ads or paid lead generation• Familiarity with sales tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, Clay)• Arabic language skills for MENA market outreach• Marketing/Mar Tech industry background, B2B sales and lead generation

• Base Salary: $300-500 USD/month (based on experience)• Uncapped Commission: Earn on every sales deal closed• Performance Bonuses: Monthly incentives for exceeding targets• Growth Opportunity: Top performers advance to Account Executive roles
Realistic OTE for strong performers: $+1,000 USD/month

• 100% Remote (work from anywhere)• Minimum 4-hour overlap with USA Eastern Time• Open to candidates in Egypt, Pakistan, Nigeria, Philippines, India, Mexico, LATAM, Compatible time zones
???? SUCCESS METRICS (First 90 Days Hypothesis)
We're looking for SDRs who can demonstrate results. Typical targets:• Month 1: 30+ qualified demos booked• Month 2: 40+ qualified demos booked • Month 3: 50+ qualified demos booked
