Handle qualified daily leads and provide professional consultations
Present projects (Residential – Commercial – Administrative – Medical)
Conduct client meetings, site tours, and follow-ups
Build and maintain a strong client database
Achieve monthly sales targets
Understand market trends and competition
Coordinate with marketing for lead feedback

Strong communication & negotiation skills
Presentable, confident, and target-driven
Ability to learn fast and handle clients professionally
Real estate experience at least one year
Good knowledge of 6th October / Sheikh Zayed market preferred
