Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director at Niche Magazine Middle East, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, building customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying business development opportunities, overseeing sales performance, and maintaining strong client service standards to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed sales targets Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships Experience with Team Management to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Competence in Business Development to identify opportunities and foster partnerships Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent in English is must Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Prior experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
