Are you ready to lead a major ERP transformation in one of the region’s fastest-growing grocery retail groups? We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Manager to take charge of our ERP journey, from implementation to optimization, across Finance, POS, Inventory, and Warehouse operations.
What You’ll DoLead end-to-end Odoo ERP projects, from upgrades to new integrations. Drive digital transformation in our retail operations (Finance, POS, Inventory). Manage and mentor a growing ERP team (10+ functional & technical experts). Partner with senior leadership to align technology with business goals. Oversee vendors, data migration, UAT, and ensure smooth go-lives.
What We’re Looking For4+ years of Odoo ERP experience, ideally in retail or distribution. Strong leadership background in managing ERP projects and teams. Hands-on knowledge of core Odoo modules (Finance, POS, Inventory, Warehouse). Bonus if you bring skills in Python, Postgre SQL, and integrations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
