Responsibilities:Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Provide expert property consultations and deliver tailored recommendations. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Follow market trends and stay updated on available projects and developers. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.
Requirements:Previous real estate sales experience is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong sales mindset with a confident and presentable personality. Ability to handle clients professionally and build trust. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. English proficiency is a plus.
