Ecotel is looking to hire a GNOC Project Manager to lead the Huawei Global NOC Project team. If you have strong leadership skills and a solid background in NOC operations, service management, and team coordination, this is the right opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations within the Global NOC to ensure service continuity. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and alarms. Manage trouble ticket processes and ensure proper follow-up until closure. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance targets are consistently met. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management and customers. Work closely with Back Office and Field teams to ensure smooth operational flow. Lead and support teams during major incidents and service outages. Ensure all operational activities comply with quality and safety standards. Participate in customer meetings and performance reviews. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to service optimization. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC management or Managed Services operations. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills. Previous experience with Huawei or in Global NOC projects is a strong plus.
