Role Description We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for a hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with clerical duties. This role will also involve supporting executive-level individuals by managing correspondence, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficiency of daily operations. Effective communication and time management will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing files, records, and general office duties Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting leadership Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in office software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
