We are looking for a proactive Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This is a non-technical role that does not require an engineering background. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors and technicians, manage administrative tasks, and support overall workplace functionality.

- Oversee day-to-day facilities activities to ensure a seamless work environment.- Communicate effectively with clients and ensure their needs are met promptly.- Assign maintenance tasks to technicians/vendors and follow up until completion.- Coordinate cleaning, security services, and office utilities.- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and escalate when necessary.- Manage office supplies, inventory, and replenishment.

- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and maintenance vendors.- Monitor vendor performance and ensure high-quality service delivery.- Review, verify, and follow up on vendor invoices.

- Manage cash related to facilities expenses.- Handle monthly payments (electricity, water, internet, etc.).- Maintain clear, organized records of expenses, invoices, contracts, and documentation.

- Ensure the office adheres to company safety and workplace standards.- Report any hazards, incidents, or facilities concerns promptly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or related field (engineering not required).- Previous experience in facilities coordination, office administration, or operations is preferred.- Strong communication, organization, and vendor management skills.- Good follow-up abilities and attention to detail.- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
