Role Objectives:We're now looking for a People Operations Specialist who is responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to employee affairs in accordance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies. This includes managing employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, leading internal employee investigations and supporting HR operations related to attendance, social insurance, contracts, and other personnel matters.
What You’ll Do :Perform comprehensive investigations into incidents, allegations, or compliance issues, utilizing various methods such as interviews, surveillance, and data analysis. Gather and document evidence in a legally acceptable manner, ensuring that all findings are accurate and relevant to the investigation. Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation findings, methodologies used, and recommendations for action. Present findings to stakeholders as necessary. Work closely with legal teams and other relevant parties to facilitate investigations and ensure proper handling of evidence. Ensure that investigations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact investigative practices. Maintain and update employee files and ensure they comply with labor law and social insurance requirements. Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and terminations. Process social insurance enrollment, cancellation, and updates for all employees. Handle time and attendance records, leaves, and absences. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, including working hours, penalties, and employee rights. Coordinate with government offices for labor inspections, social insurance, and other related issues. Prepare monthly reports related to personnel activities, such as turnover rates and absence statistics. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, contracts, and legal matters.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Law (Mandatory).3–5 years of experience in personnel or HR administration. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in investigative roles is a must. Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations. And ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Attention to Detail, ability to meticulously gather and analyze information to ensure accuracy in investigations. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during investigations. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
